The equipment uses a powerful vacuum system to immediately remove the soil and cleaning solutions from your tile in the same pass. Because the water and cleaning solution do not sit on your tile they don't soak in and get spread around like they do when the tile is mopped.

Tile and Grout Sealing (optional)

Once your tile and grout are looking great we can help your keep it that way with our acrylic tile and grout sealer. The sealer is semi-permanent and will help protect your tile and grout from spills dirt, make cleanups easier and will keep your floor looking its best.

Grout Coloring (optional)

When you choose to have us seal your tile and grout we can add our optional grout dye to the treatment. The dye restores the color of grout and brings your floor back to its original beauty and is custom matched to the floor in your home.

Maintaining the Luster of Sealed Tile Floors

When having your tile sealed we recommend that you use SPINERGY 7 neutral tile cleaner. This specially formulated cleaner is non-acidic and non-alkaline and will not remove the sealer, leaving your tile looking great after light cleanups.

Your KMC professional Tile & Grout cleaning service includes:

Initial Walk Through

Your KMC professional technician will walk through your home with you so you can point out any stains or problem areas. They will describe the KMC cleaning process to you and answer any questions you might have regarding the service. Your KMC technician will also let you know if tile and grout protectant and/or grout coloring will help improve your results. If so they will give you an estimate for any additional services

Your are under no obligation to add any optional service and will never be pressured to do so. Your total satisfaction is our only goal!

Moving Furniture

KMC will move smaller furniture such as chairs, sofas and small tables.

Pre-Cleaning

All areas to be cleaned are dry mopped to reduce any loose particles.

Pre-Treating the Tile and Grout

All tile and grout is pre-treated with CleanCraft TGC Tile and Grout Cleaner. This professional grade solution breaks down soil buildup on the tile and grout in preparation for the cleaning process.

Grout Pre-Cleaning

The grout is scrubbed with a specially designed brush to agitate and loosen built up soil in the grout.

Rotary Cleaning Process

Our professional tile cleaning machines use a rotating cleaning head that uses hot water jets, rotating nylon brushes and vacuum ports to simultaneously clean your tile and pickup the soil and water, leaving your tile shining clean and dirt free.

Forced Air Drying

Turbo air movers are used to quickly dry the tile and grout.

Optional Tile and Grout Sealer Application

After the tile and grout have completely dried the optional acrylic sealer is applied. If desired the grout is first colored and sealed.

Replacing Furniture

All previously moved furniture is returned to its original position.
